How can I tell if my Scorpion® is MASH or NCHRP-350?

An easy way to tell the difference is by looking at the modules on the unit. MASH units will show the logo below. Another way to tell is by looking at the serial number plate. MASH units will say MASH Eligible. If the unit does not show any MASH logos, then it is NCHRP-350.

Where is the Serial Number Plate on my Scorpion®?

The Serial Number Plate on the Truck Mounted Attenuator is located on the Backup Frame.
The Serial Number Plate on the Scorpion® & Scorpion II® Truck Mounted Attenuator (TMA) is located on the Backup Frame.
The Serial Number Plate on the Towable Attenuator is located on the Tongue.
The Serial Number Plate on the Scorpion® & Scorpion II® Towable Attenuator is located on the Tongue.
